If you have your own ideas you can simply use our drafting and or engineering service to get a plan drawn for builder’s quotes and any council approvals.
- Doing a major renovation? Have an experienced Structural Engineer advise you.
You might have some of your own ideas. In this case, we will draft them on the computer, provide certified engineering design detail, help you with your council approval process and carry out site inspections to the finish of the project.
- Building a new house? A unique house doesn’t have to be expensive.
We will endeavour to design a unique home within your budget. The design is led by the location. We specialize in light weight structures and may work up a few schemes to optimize your choice. The scheme is computer drafted in most cases onto a land survey. Once the design is finalized with you, we then design and certify the engineering components. Copies of drawings are issued for yourself, building contractors and council along with the building application. We can assist you to contract the builder and conduct regular site
inspections during the building process.
